Franck Lepage and Anthony Pouliquen settle the score with the word "Culture" - with a big ass.
On my right is Franck Lepage, a popular education activist who one day stopped believing in "culture" and especially in cultural democratisation. Somewhere between a Marxist Coluche and a Bourdieusian Desproges, he hilariously draws on his own experience, his paragliding and his gardening experiences to say what he thinks of what has become of cultural policies, of school as a "machine for reproducing inequalities", and of the world of work.
On my left, Anthony Pouliquen, the son of a worker, brilliantly strives, with a lot of cinematographic references, to tell a different story about social classes...
In a hilarious anthology of three of their geticulated lectures, these two troublemakers offer us, between laughter and pamphlet, autobiographical accounts and political analyses, another history of culture.
And you, by the way, do you feel cultured?
